ABOUT KAT
Kat Mei Zhou, also known as 周玫, is a senior product designer and international speaker in the tech industry. On the side, she is a Masters student at the University of Cambridge, where she studies AI Ethics & Society. Some things she likes: exploring how to <Design Ethically>; being in a union; biking around Stockholm with her adopted husky; reading hella books; tweetin' and tootin' her leftist opinions to the void. Kat’s “fun facts” for forced icebreaker games are: she was once accused of being an international spy by fugly-as-hell racists in Sweden; she was an extra on the worst-rated season of House of Cards; she performed piano in NYC’s Carnegie Hall.
